Shaina began her career as a qualified Chartered Accountant and worked with one of the prominent audit and assurance companies. Her passion for working with people and for Indian grassroots soon pulled her towards joining ICECD (International Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development) – a foundation started in 1986 working for women entrepreneurship across 55 countries and all states of India. Since then, she has worked with a large cross section of the society in the fields of entrepreneurship, health and sanitation, women empowerment, industrial safety, environmental issues as well as education. Her work has reached out to thousands of people especially in the grassroots of India.

LPFS offers part time and full time courses for aspiring actors and film makers with further specialisation in cinematography, editing, direction and other subjects.
As an entrepreneur herself, she work directly with women entrepreneurs through trainings, workshops, lectures as well as mentorship and counselling to empower them to become better business women.
When she isn’t wearing the hat of the entrepreneur, you will see her running half marathons or sometimes painting canvases in varied colours.

Shaina’s first art exhibit was held when she was just 9 years old, where she displayed over 100 paintings. Since then, she has displayed her works in renowned art galleries of India including Nehru Center for Art Mumbai, World Trade Center Mumbai, Lalit Kala Academy Ahmedabad etc in group and solo shows. Her paintings form a part of art collections in India, China, Panama, Thailand, UK and other countries.
Shaina specialises in two diverse forms of painting – abstract art and portraitures. One depicts freedom from structure and emotions and the other depicts precision and hyper realism.
